Research Department
Through the Research Department, research is conducted on the social, economic, educational, and anthropological aspects of the 12 castes of Matang and similar castes in Maharashtra. Additionally, workshops, discussions, and information collection and analysis under the guidance of experts are organized for representatives of the Matang community, and reports are prepared.
Proposed Project
- Action should be taken in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC).
- Research on how “social equality” can become transformational in society.
- Facilitate exchange of professional knowledge and ideas related to social equality.
- Provide facilities for youth to receive training from a societal perspective for holistic development.
- Organize programs such as easy learning methods, conferences, lectures, discussions, and seminars.
- Publish books, periodicals, and research papers.
- Coordinate and promote work among established and recognized organizations according to the institution's objectives.
- Research, train, and promote folk music, culture, and arts.
- Encourage traditional occupations and provide financial assistance.
- Implement plans for education, higher education, research, skill development, employment, self-employment, start-ups, job creation, publicity, and dissemination in social, educational, economic, political, and cultural development.
- Organize and participate in conferences at district, state, and international levels on art and skills.
- Publish and translate Anna Bhau Sathe's literature and unpublished works into national and international languages.
